However, we offer alternative solutions to assist you. It is the expressed commitment of Crystal Nicole Ford to ensure your satisfaction, and diligently address and resolve any concerns. Delayed reporting may impact our ability to provide timely resolution. Please note that it is strongly advised that you reach out within 24 hours of your service completion for effective assistance.
Gift Vouchers: Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for gift cards/vouchers. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided. Our gift cards hold a specific value and can be redeemed for services and products as desired.
Product Sales: Crystal Nicole Ford is a proud partner with Bioelements Skincare, and retail product prices reflect the MSRP of this esteemed partnership. If, for any reason, you believe you have purchased a product that you do not wish to keep, we are pleased to facilitate a later use credit or refund within 14 days. All refunds and credits are contingent on the product remaining unopened, in its original, and untampered condition and packaging.
Refunds for products will be issued upon the return of the product to Crystal Nicole Ford. All returned product(s) will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for refund.
