Refund Policy: Membership packages cannot be refunded once purchased and the first package appointment service has been rendered. 

Transfer Policy: Membership packages are for the exclusive use of the member named and cannot be transferred to be used by another client.

Gratuity Policy: Gratuities are not included in the value of the services. Though greatly appreciated, they are not required and are at the expressed discretion of the client.
