CANCELLATION | ARRIVAL POLICY

Crystal Nicole Ford understands that unforeseen/unavoidable situations may arise that can create alterations to previously scheduled plans. In an effort to ensure equality, efficiency, and respect for all clients and the practice schedule, we have established the following cancellation/no-show policies: 

 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive a written appointment reminder/confirmation. This is to provide adequate time to make changes to your appointment without a fee penalty.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Crystal Nicole Ford maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy (this includes weekends and holidays). If your appointment should need to be to be canceled or rescheduled, it is the responsibility of the client to contact the esthetician practice via phone, text, email, or website contact form submission no less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Appointment Reservation: To secure your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required via Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or cash. (For appointments reserved online, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours of scheduling to submit a deposit). In the event of a no-show or failure to comply with the cancellation policy, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied toward a future service charge or appointment. For appointments rescheduled or canceled within the policy requirements, your non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your future appointment. 

No-Show Policy:

  • No-Shows: Forgotten or deliberately missed appointments without prior contact will be regarded as a "no-show." In such cases, the cancellation policy will be enacted.

  • Exceptions: In the event of a medical emergency, automobile accident, natural disaster, or catastrophic event, we may reserve the right to exercise a one-time no-show grace waiver with provided proof of the stated outlined emergency. This one-time-only waiver will ensure your deposit will not be forfeited and can be applied towards your next appointment. 

Arrival / Late Arrival Policy:

  • Late arrival: If a client should arrive 10 minutes after their scheduled time, they may still be seen for their scheduled service(s) with the understanding that the service(s) duration will not be extended past the scheduled appointment time end and will still be charged at the full-service rate. An arrival time 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

  • Arrivals: Clients are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to begin client forms and ensure services can begin at the designated time of scheduling. Please notify Crystal Nicole Ford in advance of any service treatment if there are any special physical or medical conditions/considerations that need to be known prior to your service(s) treatment(s) (i.e. pregnancy, recent surgery, food/product sensitivities, or medications). It is recommended that valuable items be left at home. Crystal Nicole Ford LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Note: There are no exceptions or refunds if the cancellation policy is activated by time stamp. We strongly advise clients to adhere to the scheduling requirements to ensure a positive experience. Failure to comply with booking requirements may result in the deletion of your appointment. More than two cancellations in a 12-month period may lead to the suspension of your account and restrict your ability to schedule with Crystal Nicole Ford esthetician practice in the future.
